My name is Mel Thacker, and I am a professional certified coach and surgeon who realized the career I thought I signed up for wasn’t at all what I expected. While I went through my own period of completely falling apart and losing myself before coaching ultimately helped me build myself back up, I truly believe you can spare yourself years of suffering and dissatisfaction by learning and implementing these life-changing tools right away. That’s the mission of this program. I have spent the last year and hundreds of hours conceptualizing a program that incorporates coaching philosophy into the world of surgery.
